Well, the Kinks were right. It’s a mixed up shook up world except for Lola. LOLA, Lola. I mean these days does it really have to be Halloween to find men dressed as women? Hell didn’t anyone see what Schmeds was wearing in KC Moores the night he got engaged? Never mind that he basically raped Mickey in front of us all on the pool table.

And how about women dressed like men? On the same night did you see Maureen McMahon? If you didn’t see her that night, maybe you saw her the next morning, day or evening at the walk then KC Moores in the same outfit!

Or if you really wanted to see MoMc dressed you should have seen her at Rob & Kelly’s wedding! I’m pretty sure I can tell you her natural hair color at this point.

But hey, everyone has a wardrobe malfunction now & then. For instance yesterda I wore 2 different shoes. No, I am not lying. On my left foot I had a brand new black sneaker. On my right foot is my old black shoe. I noticed when I was on the bus on the way in to work. How scary is that!?!

But can things be any screwier? I mean the Red Sox come back from 3 games down to beat the Yanks? Then they win the series! But I am convinced, no team in any sport has more fake fans than the Yankees! I guarantee that 8 out of 10 Yankee fans have NO true knowledge of the game. I guarantee it!

Some things are normal though. The football Giants are the Vikings daddy after laying another smack down on them yesterday.

But for everything that’s normal there are hundreds of things that are not. Like Schmeds and Annie being engaged. If things were normal, they would be breaking up…I mean softball season is over and winter is coming.

I mean let’s face it, we all thought that the closest Schmeds would ever get to a good looking blond would be riding in the back seat of the family car with his sister to family vacations.

Annie, you are aware that it was a question right? You were allowed to say no.

Hey, speaking of mixed up things…it’s election day & definitely one of the tightest races I’ve ever seen. It’s like a foot race between the Hellmann siblings! Except with a time limit!

Does anyone else have a problem with Florida being a swing state? Isn’t the average age of Floridians like 84? I mean do I really want people who won’t be alive in 4 months deciding who will run the country for the next 4 years?

And Ohio? Anyplace where the bars close before 10 on a holiday weekend should not be allowed to dictate our future.

And please, stop with the Vote or die and Rock the Vote and excorcise your right to Vote crap. I don not want people voting because Bruce, or Puffy or Paris told them too. Before voting you should be asked to describe just 1 issue that your placing your vote on and your answer cant be because Bruce said so.

Paris had a Vote or die shirt on….and she’s not even registered to vote.

And speaking of Bruce, love your music, but can we stop calling him the voice of the hard working middle/lower class man? Bruce doesn’t know what work is! Hell, he doesn’t even string his own guitar.

I’ll give Bruce this though….you wont catch him lip synching! Ashlee Simpson you are done….please collect the other baggage on your way out!

I have the right to walk down the street wearing hot shorts and no shirt, but that doesn’t mean I’m gonna do it…..by the way, your welcome!

If you are voting today, promise me you have at least picked one issue that’s important to you and base your vote on that.

If you haven’t picked an issue, call me & I’ll explain some top issues to you & you can make up your own mind. And I won’t charge $125 like Bruce.

Bottom line, whoever wins, they have their work cut out for them. I’m not saying you have to support every decision a president makes, but you should support our country, our troops & our veterans. The 11th is Veterans day, fly our colors and be proud of them.

On to other news.

October was a bad month for me. I missed Birthdays and feel miserable about it. Delia, Schmeds, Rob H, missed all 3 of you on the 10th and I’m pretty damn upset about it. If it’s any consolation, I missed Bernie O on the 5th (as well as Chris P) and you all know that I have never missed Bernie’s B-day in my life.

So to all of you, Happy Belated Birthday.

Schmeds & Annie, Congrats! Everyone is very happy for you! Shocked as shit, but happy none the less.

Gary, Mel & Matthew, congrats….oooppps is the cat our of the bag? Well, it is now!

Dina & her help, hell of a job with the Walk, great turn out. Well done!
