Danica Patrick got a ticket for speeding yesterday……..and even if she was doing 100mph, im thinking she had it under control.

So many people say the better team didn’t win the super bowl last year.  Ummm, sorry, when you are playing for all the marbles, the team that wins IS the better team.  Oh, and by the way, the Giants are off this weekend because they earned a first round by.  The Pats are off this week because they are done for the year.  End of discussion.

Is this the most low key New Years eve ever, or is it me?  Have the 8 years since we rung in 200 been the fastest 8 in history?  Did you know that the keepers of the global master clocks are adding 1 second to 2008 tonight to adjust for “space lag” which has impacted the rotation of the earth.  How confused do you think Dick Clarke is?  Not because of the extra second, I mean just in general.  Has he gone from the worlds oldest teenager to the worlds oldest infant?  I mean someone has to be changing his diapers right?  He’s still alive right?

I have not seen Benjamin Button yet, but was it based on Abe Vagota’s life?  I mean we watched The Godfather Part II last night and Abe looked 70 then.  He then looked 60 in Barney Miller, and about fifteen years later in Joe versus the volcano he looked 50.  And he’s still alive……in a crib next to Dick Clarke.

I got Jen a Wii for Christmas……it was either that or a puppy……I knew she was younger than me, but this is crazy!   Annie had a Wii party……….and I sure hope we are talking about the video game.

The regular season football pool is over and the leader board looked like an AARP mailing list…..hell Brett Favre might have been up there.  But now its playoff time…..i see young people in there 40’s and 50’s doing amazing things!

They have the perfect Push Up……and now the perfect Pull UP.   I’m waiting for the perfect donut.  Is that asking too much?

The Yankees spent an obscene amount of money on CC Sabathia…..however, cost per pound he is less expensive than veal.   He’s a couple Happy Meals short of playing softball with us next year.

The old Finnegans/Kilmegans/sirvinos/porter house is open again.  Its like Darren Daulton it just keeps coming back.  This time its Tequila sunset grill.  I give it 60 days…..which is 30 days more than I give the new dress shop that opened next to donovans.

For Christmas do you think Heather Mills hopes her stocking gets filled with a leg?
